  I do not trust Brad at all. He is very friendly on the phone, but I brought my son's three year old computer to him to see if it could be made faster and when I picked up, it wouldn't turn on - completely black screen. He denied he had anything to do with it. He said "That's the way computers are. One day they turn on, one day they don't." He backpedaled, said he didn't remember what the computer even needed. I brought him a slow computer, yes. But it worked for what my son wanted - youtube and the internet. Now my son has no computer. Do NOT go to this business.
