  The customer service at the Phoenixville location is wonderful! Ben was very nice and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I described what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we wanted. The store honors the price match, too. We bought a bed frame and I found it online the next day for less and after I emailed Ray the info, we received a partial refund. Would definitely shop here again! Cannot say enough about the service here.

  We needed a bed frame, box springs, head & foot boards FAST. We'd been shopping the net for a week and besides having to assemble everything ourselves we also had to wait for a couple weeks for a bed to ship. On a whim we stopped into the new Mattress Warehouse shop that just opened in our town. We were greeted by a lovely woman who put us in the capable hands of Ray (a delightful character) who made shopping fun !! We saw a display bed frame that was perfect and Ray arranged the purchase for us knowing we didn't want to wait for weeks to have one ordered. Top it all off with good, old-fashioned service i.e.: free delivery and set up and there are many reasons to shop Mattress Warehouse. Thank you friends, we love our new bed!!!

  We went in to buy a new mattress for my daughter. Our salesperson was friendly, helpful and determined to help my daughter find the best mattress for her. The process was quick and painless, and the mattress was delivered to our home two business days later.
